1. About Our Service
eSIM Bali provides embedded SIM (eSIM) data plans for travelers in Bali, Indonesia, as an authorized partner of Telkomsel and XL. Our eSIMs deliver mobile data and, where stated, a local Indonesian phone number.
2. Eligibility & Device Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. A list of supported devices is available on our website. We cannot guarantee service on devices that are locked, modified, or unsupported.
3. Orders & Delivery
- After successful payment, your eSIM QR code is delivered to you and sent to your email address.
- To activate certain plans, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC), as required by Indonesian regulations for SIM registration.
- Each eSIM is assigned a unique number and is intended for a single user.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
Indonesian law requires registration of mobile numbers. By using our service, you agree to provide accurate identity information (such as passport details and device IMEI) where requested. Providing false information may result in service suspension without refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via PayPal in US Dollars (USD). Prices are shown before checkout. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or card issuer.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to resell access without authorization, or in a way that disrupts the mobile networks we partner with.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mobile data coverage and speeds depend on the partner networks (Telkomsel, XL) and your location and device. We are not liable for service interruptions outside our control, including network outages, regulatory changes, or device incompatibility.
