- Identity verification (KYC) data: where required, passport details, device IMEI, a selfie, and travel information, used solely to register your SIM as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Technical data: basic device and usage information to keep our site secure and working.

- To process your order and deliver your eSIM.
- To complete legally required SIM registration.

- To improve our service and keep it secure.
3. How We Protect Your Data
Sensitive verification data is encrypted and access is restricted. We retain KYC data only as long as required for registration and legal compliance, after which it may be deleted.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share data only where necessary: with our network partners (Telkomsel, XL) for SIM registration, with PayPal for payment processing, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. You can also delete saved KYC data for each order from your customer dashboard.
